Aviation is the focus. Innovation is the game.
Most of what an aviation business runs on is done by hand, in office hours, by people who are good at their jobs and have too much of it. That is not a technology problem waiting for better software. It is a capacity problem, and capacity is something you can add.
We are not a platform and there is nothing to log into. We build AI employees that own a piece of work: watching the boards overnight, drafting the quote, assembling the certification pack, holding the tender deadline. Your people check and sign. That part does not move, and in aviation it never should.
We work across 6+ sectors and more than 7 departments, from parts distribution and MRO through to defence support and regional airlines. The common thread is the same in all of them. The work that wins the job is manual, and it stops at 6 o'clock.
My grandfather was a black box pioneer. Aviation has been in the family longer than I have been alive. It's in my blood.
Part of a group
Three companies, one goal.
It started with After5: speed while the team slept, and the results showed that speed is everything. That turned into The Agntcy, ops-wide AI employees that own a job outright. Avionit is next: one industry, ready to dominate.
Innovation group currently based across the UAE and the UK. Between us we have already put more than 30 systems across more than 5 industries. We saw what worked in aviation, and more importantly what wasn't, and we're here to fix that.
Avionit is the aviation brand and the one you would be dealing with. Everything on this site is built by the same team, for aviation businesses only. The group is here for context rather than because you need to deal with any of it.
